Warranty Policy

Brand Warranty — Same as Manufacturer Provides
All products sold at CHO Music World carry the manufacturer's warranty as provided by the respective brand. The warranty terms, duration, and coverage are exactly as specified by the brand — we do not add to or modify these terms. CHO Music World acts as an authorised reseller and will facilitate warranty service, but the warranty obligation rests with the manufacturer.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Electronic component failures under normal use
- Structural failures not caused by misuse or accidental damage
- Missing or non-functional parts listed as included in the product
What Is NOT Covered
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, or mishandling
- Damage from water, moisture, heat, or humidity
- Normal wear and tear (frets, strings, drum heads, pads)
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair or modification
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Consumable parts: strings, reeds, drumsticks, batteries
How to Claim Warranty

Contact Us
Call or WhatsApp us at +91 99945 99351 with your order details and a description of the defect. Photos or a short video of the issue are very helpful.

Assessment
We will review and determine if the issue falls under the brand warranty. You may need to bring the instrument to our Tiruvallur store or ship it to us.

Brand Service Centre
For brands with authorised service centres (Yamaha, Roland, etc.), we will direct you to the nearest centre. We will help coordinate as needed.

Resolution
Once repaired or replaced by the brand, the item will be returned to you. Turnaround depends on the manufacturer's service timelines.
Important Notes
- • Always keep your original invoice — mandatory for all warranty claims.
- • Do not open or attempt to repair the instrument yourself — this voids the warranty.
- • Warranty is non-transferable — applies only to the original purchaser.
- • CHO Music World does not provide any additional warranty beyond what the brand offers.
